There are several ways you can help us to make this a successful event. Volunteers who invest four hours, or more, of service receive a Complimentary Main Event Ticket.

 

  • Distribute Flyers & Posters Periodically Prior to the event.
    Third week of October and as needed in December.

  •  Distribute Banners & Package to Participating Businesses
    Thursday 1/26 (10 am - noon)

  • Set Up Art Show
    Thursday 1/26 (noon - 4 pm)

  • Decorate for Party
    Thursday 1/26 (9 am- 4 pm)
    Friday 1/27 (9 am - 1 pm)
    In exchange you get a Main Event Ticket PLUS extra raffle tickets for the Sunday Drawing.

  • Serve at the Kick Off Party Dinner. (no serving experience required)
    In exchange you get a Main Event Ticket PLUS extra raffle tickets for the Sunday Drawing.

  • Set Up for Wine Pour
    Saturday 1/28 (9 am - 10 am)

  • Greeter/ Raffle Ticket Exchange
    Saturday 1/28 (10 am - 2 pm)
    Saturday 1/28 (2 pm - 6 pm)
    Sunday 1/29 (10 am - 2 pm)

  • Clean Up Sunday 1/29 (2 pm - 3 pm)
