There are several venues a local winery can participate in this event to enjoy many benefits: Enjoy several hours of one on one contact with your potential customers. No space cost to wineries. Raffle Prize requested as entry cost. Raffle prizes on display throughout weekend until Sunday drawings.

SPECIAL Quarter page ad in the souvenir program

in exchange for six bottles of wine. This wine is distributed among our VIP guests at the Friday Night Kick Off Party and/or is on display as a raffle prize throughout the event. Ad Specification Sheet

 

FRIDAY Wine Pour Opportunities:

Potential of 150-300 guests sampling

  1. Individual local businesses. 1 - 2 wineries per business. Connect with your business of choice or we will help to pair you with a sponsoring business.

  2. Friday evening Food and Wine Pairing  Kick Off Party.
    Donation of 2.5 cases required. Indicate interest on the registration form. Final wineries are selected by restaurants involved.

 

SATURDAY Wine Pour Opportunities:

Potential of 250-600 guests sampling:

  1. "Artists' Faire & Wine Pour" at the Veterans' Hall (west village): Demonstrating artist booths mixed with wine tasting tables throughout the hall. Approximately 18-20 artists and 8-10 wineries.

  2. "Art Show/Silent Auction, Food/Entertainment, Wine Pour" at the Cambria Center for the Performing Arts (mid village): Art Show of prominent local artists, food, live entertainment, wine pour. 6-8 wineries.

  3. Cambria Historical Museum (east village). Smaller venue at local museum. 3-4 wineries.

  4. Individual local businesses. 1 winery per business. Smaller, quiet venues. Shop owners create space for you to pour within their shop setting.

SUNDAY Wine Pour Opportunities:

Potential of 250-500 guests sampling:

"Artists' Faire & Wine Pour" at the Veterans' Hall (west village): Demonstrating artist booths mixed with wine tasting tables throughout the hall. Approximately 18-20 artists and 8-10 wineries (different wineries from Saturday).  10 am to 2 pm. Potential of 400+ guests sampling. Relaxed venue with dozens of artists demonstrating and barbecue lunch available. This is the day of the raffle drawings.

Saturday Evening Special events

Offered by local non-profit organizations. Volume varies with type of event. If interested in working with one of the add-on events indicate on the registration form and the Art and Wine Coordinator will connect you with the Special Event planners.

 

Please note all wineries must provide documentation showing an insurance rider to the effect: 1,000,000 per occurrence & 2,000,000 aggregate of commercial general liability & liquor liability and name Cambria Chamber of Commerce, 767 Main St. Cambria CA 93428, as Additional Insured.
